In August of 2024 I will be embarking on a cycling challenge. It had been a goal of mine since the passing of my younger sister, Helen Quon. This ride is dedicated to her and all our friends that had to battle cancer.

It will be hard and it will be long, but it does not compare to the challenges you faced. From elementary school friends, to cycling & hockey buddies, to colleagues and everyone in between. THIS ONE'S FOR YOU.
