Please support me and Team LEDCOR in the Tour de Cure 2024 cycling challenge this August.
Cancer is a complex disease with many different types and subtypes; supporting research allows us to learn more about early detection, cancer prevention and deepen our understanding of the underlying biology of cancer, including its causes, progression mechanisms, and genetic factors. I am motivated by the fact that funds raised through the Tour de Cure will fund life-saving research and enhancements to care at BC Cancer, bringing hope to cancer patients in British Columbia, Canada and around the world. Additionally, advances in cancer research often lead to breakthroughs that benefit not only cancer patients but also drive innovation in medicine and healthcare more broadly.
