please consider donating to my son Ryan Desrochers or daughter Danielle Desrochers who need to reach the $2500 minimum and will both be riding with me!
thanks again to all those who support our BRAINIAC EFFORTS.
So SAD....lost a good hockey playing friend Russ Fox to brain cancer, this follows the recent passing of another hockey buddy - Pass the Puck, Andrew "Hawk" Philip..... so we continue to ride!!!!!
Thanks to Team Fairmont and Team CTV, we hosted a huge fundraising Tour de Cure Party with Ken's 11 piece brass band SOULED OUT at the Pacific Ballroom in HOTEL VANCOUVER in May of this year and we will be back on May 29th, 2025 at 6:00pm ...... please join us
THANK YOU!
As always, our BRAINIAC Cycling Team continues to raise valuable funds as we endeavor to cure cancer.
Yes, this August 2024 our Brainiac team will continue on our cycling mission. Me and my son Ryan and daughter Danielle have committed to the HOPE ride in the new Tour de Cure to help BC Cancer Foundation cure cancer.
As usual the weather will likely storm - rain and wind, but it does not compare to the challenge of facing cancer.
As most of you know, I lost both my parents to cancer and am thrilled to report that my 16 year old niece Sara is as healthy as can be leaving her leukemia cancer battle a distant memory over 10 years ago. So we continue to ride for good outcomes like that....... This year I dedicate my ride to my soft hands hockey playing buddy - Russ Fox who left us recently from brain cancer and my wife's best friend - Shelley McCardell who lost her lengthy battle with breast cancer. Her love and enthusiasm for life is so missed!
Please consider supporting me by joining our BRAINIAC Tour de Cure Cycling Team or making a gift to me today. Your donation will help me achieve our fundraising goal AND motivate me and our team to embrace this challenge!
once you choose Hope, anything is possible......
Thank you so much for your support!
