Please support me in the Tour de Cure!

In August of 2024 I will be embarking on a cycling challenge. I have committed to participate in the Tour de Cure presented by Wheaton Precious Metals to help BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer.

It will be hard and it will be long, but not half as hard as the challenges I entered inspired by Liz Murphy! This should be a snap in comparison to the Trans Rockies Gravel Royale that I completed in 2022 with Liz, Melissa, Sherry and Brett. I only signed up because I believed Liz when she said we can do it and she was right. Last year Liz got married the weekend of Tour de Cure. She got a diagnosis of cancer around 3 months after that and died on December 24, 2023. I ride for Liz and for Hope that we will improve early detection and effective treatments by continuing to advance cancer care as a world leader. Liz believed hard, hard things were not only possible but no problem and so do I.

Funds raised through the Tour de Cure will support life-saving research and enhancements to care at BC Cancer, bringing hope to cancer patients in British Columbia and making an impact around the world.

Please consider supporting me by making a gift today. Your donation will help me achieve my fundraising goal AND motivate me in this challenge!

Thank you so much for your support!
