Climb Together, Elevate Lives!

My dear friends, I am going to participate in Tour De Cure 2024. Please consider supporting me in this fundraising ride for BC Cancer Foundation. Any amount is highly appreciated.

Last year I was experiencing uncomfortable pain on my left knee during cycling, which prevented me from completing a century ride that was considered easy in the past. Also I was not sure when and how the knee pain would be cured. Such uncertainty and worry lasted for quite a while. However, that period of pain and worry did not compare to the challenge of facing cancer.

Thanks God, the pain on my left knee is gone now. However, I started to developped pain on my right knee from playing badminton. Regardless, in August of 2024 I will be embarking on the cycling challenge Tour De Cure, which will help BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer. The ride will be hard and long (160km on Day 1 and 100km on Day 2), but again, it pales in comparison to the daunting challenge of confronting cancer.

Funds raised through the Tour de Cure will support life-saving research and enhancements to care at BC Cancer, bringing hope to cancer patients in British Columbia and making an impact around the world.
