As the sun rises on the morning of August 24, 2024, I will mount my bike, my heart heavy with the memory of my beloved sister Nabila. She fought valiantly against cancer, but in the end, it claimed her. Today, I ride not just for myself but to honor her strength and courage, and to contribute in the ongoing battle against this relentless disease.

Nabila was more than a sister to me; she was my rock, my inspiration. Her battle with cancer was a testament to her unwavering spirit. Every pedal stroke I take is a tribute to her memory, to her wisdom, her kindness, and her resilience.

As I join the peloton, surrounded by my freinds form Team Crush it and other fellow riders, each with their own story of loss and triumph, I am reminded of the power of community. Together, we pedal with purpose, united in our determination to make a difference in the fight against cancer. With each kilometer that passes beneath my wheels, I reflect on Nabila's legacy and the countless others who have been affected by cancer. Every hill climbed, every mile conquered, brings us one step closer to a world without this devastating disease.

As the finish line comes into view, emotions surge within me. I am exhausted, yet exhilarated, knowing that every pedal has brought me closer to my goal. Crossing the finish line isn't just a personal victory; it's a triumph for Nabila, for all those who have fought, and for those who continue to fight.

The Tour de Cure isn't just a bike ride; it's a symbol of hope, resilience, and the power of community. And as long as there are riders like me willing to pedal for a cause, there will always be hope for a brighter, cancer-free future.

I invite you to join me in making a difference. Your support can help fund vital cancer research, provide support services for patients and their families, and ultimately bring us one step closer to a cure.

You can support my ride and honor Nabila's memory by making a donation to cancer research. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, makes a difference. Together, we can pedal towards a future where cancer is no longer a threat.
