My good friends son Josh, was diagnosed with a very rare cancer in November 2023.

I will be joining his team to cycle the Tour de Cure this year, a difficult ride but nothing compared to the battle he is facing.

The money raised will go directly to support a lab at UBC that is researching the immune response to cancer with the goal of developing immune-based strategies to prevent, detect, and treat cancer. In collaboration with other groups, they are developing a clinical trials program to bring novel immunotherapies to patients.
