Hello Family and Friends!

Last year, I took on the challenge and ran my first half marathon after 10 years! This year I'm taking on another challenge and will cycle 200km over 2 days. I'm not a cyclist, but I've signed up for this great cause and will be riding along with Team Schnitzel!

Please support me in the Tour de Cure! I'll be riding in honor of my mom who had lung cancer. She passed away 2 years ago and is greatly missed. Her smile and words of encouragement will keep me going. As I ride, I will also keep in mind my close family and friends, some who have survived cancer and some who have not.

Funds raised through the Tour de Cure will support life-saving research and enhancements to care at BC Cancer, bringing hope to cancer patients in British Columbia and making an impact around the world.

In August of 2024 I will be embarking on a cycling challenge. I have committed to participate in the Tour de Cure presented by Wheaton Precious Metals to help BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer.

It will be hard and it will be long, but it does not compare to the challenge of facing cancer.
