Hello Family & Friends,

Hope everyone is doing well with summer slowly sneaking in this year... I know it has been crazy being a new father and balancing the various commitments in life. That being said, I want to be a good role model for my son and to show him that together we can make an impact for society. This will be my 5th Tour De Cure this August 2024. As always, my hope is to make a small impact for everyone I know that has been impacted by Cancer. I will continue to train throughout the summer with my friends and colleagues reminding me how lucky I am to currently have good health to make this effort.

The Tour de cure cancer ride benefits the BC Cancer Foundation, spans over two days and over 210 kilometers in distance. Funds raised through The Tour De Cure Cancer Ride will support cancer research, treatment, and services locally in BC.

As always your emotional support & words of encouragement is enough for me! However, if you are in a position to make small donation every little bit helps and I am extremely grateful.
