Please support me in the Tour de Cure in August 2024, 200 km over 2 days, destination is Hope! I've wanted to do this ride for many years and finally will join for my first time!

We have all been touched by cancer and I want to do my part in a small way. My brother is currently fighting pancreatic cancer and my mother was a breast cancer survivor. Many of my friends have been touched by cancer. I've worked with oncology patients for the last 25 years in leukemia and stem cell transplantation and in general oncology. I've witnessed the development of breakthrough therapies and unfortunately seen the challenges still in many tumor types. I know how each dollar raised will help find a cure for many cancers. I just hope not to cry the entire time as I know it will be an emotional ride.

I will train and ride with the Brainiacs cyclilng team. They are an inclusive ride group and are deeply committed to the cause. Plus they are a pretty fun group of riders. I feel fortunate to ride with them.
