I have committed to participate in the 2024 Tour de Cure cycling challenge to help the BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer.

You may recall my quote from doing the ride last year: "I was overheated, physically exhausted, smoked out, and sleep-deprived....and it was one of the greatest things I have ever done." I'm sure this year will be similar, but it does not compare to the challenge of facing cancer.
