10 Years Strong!

Can you believe it was 20 years ago that we lost both Ross and Wendy (my mother in law) within 6 weeks of eachother to cancer? And almost 10 years since Nick was diagnosed and kicked cancer's ass after a year long battle! Numerous other friends and family of ours have been impacted by this horrible disease over the years and I am committed to ride again to raise funds to beat the nasty "C".

I can tell you that I have personally seen the advances in detection, treatment and life saving medicine since Ross was first diagnosed.

This August, I will once again be embarking on this cycling challenge to help BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer. The ride never gets easier and it is a hard and long ride over 2 days, but nothing compares to the battle that I have witnessed those fighting cancer face.

Let's get together and beat this thing!
