Cancer can affect us in so many ways. Unfortunately, most of us know someone who has been affected by cancer in some way. We sometimes we dont realize the impact it can have on ones life until we are faced with it firsthand.

Ive signed up for my fifth Tour de Cure to help raise money to help fund innovative cancer research and enhancements to on-going patient care.

This August 24th I will be cycling over 100km in memory of my mother and friends and friends currently fighting. The hope is one day not to see loved ones go through this battle again.

It will be hard and it will be long, but it does not compare to the challenge of facing cancer.
