Please support me in the Tour de Cure!
On August 24 and 25, 2024 I will once again be riding in the 200 km Tour de Cure.
As I write this, I am remembering the bravery of a little girl who passed away in 2015. In the 2 years that she lived with and fought cancer she accumulated over 1200 bravery beads which formed a chain over 34 feet long. In the years since she passed the prognosis for her cancer has improved greatly.
This ride, from Cloverdale BC to Hope BC is always a challenging ride for me. However, the challenges those with a cancer diagnosis and their families face on a daily basis make me realize that I am blessed to be able to do this ride and help fund new and enhanced treatments and life saving research through your donations.
