Tour de Cure presented by Wheaton Precious Metals
We'd all be hard pressed to find someone who hasn't been affected by cancer. In October we learned that our captain Trevor would be facing over a year of treatment after the discovery of a tumour on his brain.
In a response to the powerlessness feeling cancer can leave us with, a group of friends have formed a team to participate in the Tour de Cure, presented by Wheaton Precious Metals to help the BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer!
It will be hard and it will be long, but it does not compare to the challenge of facing cancer.
The money we raise for the BC Cancer Foundation will support leading clinicians, scientists, and researchers whose search for new discoveries and improved patient outcomes will have a real impact in our communities throughout the province, across Canada, and around the world.
