We have all been affected by cancer. We all have stories of triumph, heartache and loss. Eleven years participating and the cause is just as meaningful.
Having children has changed my outlook on many things. The research funded by the Tour De Cure is trying to ensure that a cancer diagnosis in the future doesn't have to be a death sentence; step by step, it is working.
This ride also shows my children the power of community and how big of a force it can be if we all look to give back.
I am humbled that many have let me be the face of their charity and hard-earned dollars. Thank you for allowing me to continue to do so.
