Dear Family and Friends,

In August 2018, I received a life-altering diagnosis: acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Thanks to the exceptional care of the VGH Bone Marrow Transplant Program and BC Cancer, along with support from loved ones, I'm in very good health today.

Now, six years later, I'm embarking on a significant challenge: The Tour de Cure, a 200km ride over two days from Cloverdale to Hope, BC. This ride will be tough and demanding, yet it pales in comparison to the battle against cancer.

The funds raised will support the BC Cancer Foundation in its mission. Contributions from the Tour de Cure directly fund crucial research and enhance patient care at BC Cancer. I can attest to this firsthand as a beneficiary of the great research and excellent care.
