In August of 2024 I will be embarking on a cycling challenge. I have committed to participate in the Tour de Cure to help BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer.

I have my own personal story, as a Hodgkins Lymphoma survior, I know how much donations can help fuel the research needed to fight this disease. At 30 years old I underwent my own journey of chemotherapy and radiation and took significant time off work to fight my battle. The treatments took thier toll, however the technology today compared to the time of my battle have advanced immensley, all through research that comes from donations. I am now a survivor and appreciate every day I have, battles such as this put the important things into perspective.

Funds raised through the Tour de Cure will support life-saving research and enhancements to care at BC Cancer, bringing hope to cancer patients in British Columbia and making an impact around the world.
