Welcome to the Royal Blue Cycling Club.

Sports tend to bring people together. It is funny how quickly you can have something in common with 39,000 other people. You could be in your seat one second and the next minute, jumping, screaming and hugging the stranger beside you.

This team is formed out of friendship, being footy fans, and a love of being a part of a team. We can see a lot of commonalities between what we get from supporting our clubs and the Tour de Cure—having an underlying bond with thousands of strangers with a common goal. However, it is fundraising for the battle against cancer instead of supporting a sports team.

This event is an opportunity to give back and be a part of something bigger than ourselves.
