I'm taking on the Tour de Cure

This August I will be embarking on a cycling challenge. I have committed to participate in the Tour de Cure presented by Wheaton Precious Metals to help BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer.

Im an employee of Canada Royal Enoch Phytomedicine, a Vancouver-based pharmaceutical company. Our company has been working on extracting and preparing highly bioactive pharmaceutical molecules from medicinal herbs to develop natural health products to improve the quality of life of cancer patients. Our ginseng supplement brand, Redsenol, features a remarkably high rare ginsenoside content, and since coming into the market in 2015, it has delivered great health benefits to over a hundred thousand customers over the years.

This is my first time participating in the cycling challenge, and Im feeling both excited and nervous: excited about being able to do my part to support cancer research, but meanwhile nervous about the physical endurance it takes to finish the race. However, when thinking of cancer patients perseverance, as well as their appreciation of life and hope for tomorrow, my heart is overwhelmed with great respect and it encourages me train hard and try my best to finish the ride on event day.
