Thank you for visiting my Tour de Cure page and expressing an interest in this great fundraiser for BC Cancer Foundation.
I am embarking on my first ride with Tour de Cure this year. I haven't ridden much in recent years and have never been a roadie, only a mountain biker, but I am going to dedicate the months leading up to the 2022 ride to be ready to take on this challenge. This work is nothing in comparison to the challenges faced by my beautiful young niece currently battling to kick bone cancer's butt! Chelsea's is just 29 years old and received the osteosarcoma diagnosis early this spring. She is currently undergoing chemo before her surgery next month to remove the tumor, and then she'll have more rounds of chemo.
Chelsea's smile lights up a room and cancer hasn't taken that from her. She's a fighter with a strong team of family and friends behind her. VIsit our team page to read more about her personal fight with cancer.

Please support me in the Tour de Cure! No amount is too small, every dollar matters. Thanks to the amazing researchers at BC Cancer and the donations that support their work, so much progress has been made but there is still so much work to do.

Please support me in the Tour de Cure!
This August I will be embarking on a cycling challenge. I have committed to participate in the Tour de Cure presented by Wheaton Precious Metals to help BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer.
It will be hard and it will be long, but it does not compare to the challenge of facing cancer.
Funds raised through the Tour de Cure will support life-saving research and enhancements to care at BC Cancer, bringing hope to cancer patients in British Columbia and making an impact around the world.
Please consider supporting me by making a gift today. Your donation will help me achieve my fundraising goal AND motivate me in this challenge!
Thank you so much for your support!
