Please support me in the Tour de Cure to help the BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer!
On August 27th I will be embarking on a hard 100 km ride with my son Michael, but the ride does not compare to the challenges that he has faced since he was diagnosed with cancer in July 2021. (You can read his story on his personal fundraising page.)
Michael created Team W.A.R. ("We Are Resilient") because he feels that being resilient is the hardest part of having cancer. So true. Words cannot express how incredibly proud I am of Michael, and for this opportunity to ride alongside him to help the Foundation keep doing its life-saving work.
This ride is about hope -- hope for my son, his beautiful wife, Eleana, and their two wonderful children, Finn and Rosie, and hope for countless others throughout our great land who are, at this moment, struggling with cancer.
Please consider supporting me by making a gift today. Your donation will help me achieve my fundraising goal AND motivate me in this challenge!
Thank you so much for your support!
