Hi Family, Friends and supporters

The ride is finally back this year back to 'normal' and I'm very excited to be riding around 250km out to Hope BC.

I think this is my 10year possibly?? This year will be especially meaningful for me. I lost my younger Sister Sara in 2019 to Cancer and recently my brother in law Sam (who is the one who convinced me to do my first ride in 2010). I can't put into words how Cancer has effected my life.. My wife, both parents all cancer survivors and so many more friends and family.

I ride for you All..... If you could support me on my ride this year I would truly appreciate it. And many thanks to all who have supported me in this over many years.
