Hello! Thanks for making it this far to check out my personal fundraising page!

This will be my 4th year participating in this event since losing my Dad to brain cancer in 2016. In that time, Team McKinley Momentum has raised over $48,000 to support life-saving research happening every day at the BC Cancer Foundation. We honestly can't thank you enough.

On August 28, I will ride an Imperial Century of 100 miles (160 km) for the 2021 Tour de Cure in memory of Dad, James, Aunt Linda and others. I also ride to celebrate the survivors and those that are still fighting.

This year's ride is 'virtual' with no organized event... no camping in Chilliwack, no finish line in Hope, no catered pit stops, and surely no cheering from eager front-lawn tailgaters along the way. It is a daunting challenge for one day but it does not compare to the challenge of facing cancer. The aching legs will all be worth it because with your help we can raise funds to fight and hopefully cure this indiscriminate disease. Also, your support will definitely help get me across that very distant, imaginary finish line!

Please consider making a donation of any amount today. It's difficult to make this appeal during such challenging times, but your ongoing support is greatly appreciated. On behalf of everyone that will benefit - thank you so much.

Conor
