This will be my 11th time riding my bike to support cancer research in BC. As I write this on July 22, the ride is one month away and I'm the least prepared I've ever been. I've had a hard time even sitting down to write this. I have lots of excuses but it turns out none of them are good enough to not do the ride.

Cancer sucks and I have far too many people I need to do this for.
