Please support me in the Tour de Cure 2022!

Next August I will again be embarking on a cycling challenge. This is a new name for the previous BC Ride to Conquer Cancer Event that I have participated in for the past 11 years!

So this year in 2022, I have committed to participate in the Tour de Cure presented by Wheaton Precious Metals to help BC Cancer Foundation support cancer research, treatment and patient care.

It will be a very sustained and persistent training effort on my part, but it does not compare to the challenge of facing a cancer diagnosis. Even more so post the COVID-19 pandemic, cancer continues to affect my family, friends and my patients on an all too frequent basis. These past few months with our office reopening to in person assessments have brought forth many new and advanced cancer diagnoses in my patients and its been a real challenge!

Funds raised through the Tour de Cure will support life-saving research and enhanced patient care and family support at the BC Cancer Agency, bringing hope to cancer patients in British Columbia as well as making an impact around the world.
