I know we are all asked to donate and support important causes, so I understand if you are already committed. But if you can, I hope you can support me in the Tour de Cure this year, taking place in August.

I have committed to participate in the Tour de Cure presented by Wheaton Precious Metals to help BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer. I know the ride will be hard and it will be long, but it does not compare to the challenge of facing cancer. This ride will be particularly meaningful as I will be riding with my best friends Karin, Penny, and Sue, who sadly all have lost loved ones to cancer.

This year, I am dedicating my ride to my mom, Diana, who battled and beat cancer, and to too many of my extended family members who have had to fight this awful disease. Every pedal stroke will be for them!
