This February marked 20 years since I collapsed and my world took a drastic turn. It's been a wild 'ride' every since!
In August of 2024 I will be embarking on a cycling challenge. I have committed to participate in the Tour de Cure presented by Wheaton Precious Metals to help BC Cancer Foundation break down cancer. I know a cure is a long way away but with each discovery, we are getting closer. Please see my video above.
It will be hard and it will be long, but it does not compare to the challenge of facing brain cancer.
Funds raised through the Tour de Cure will support life-saving research and enhancements to care at BC Cancer, bringing hope to cancer patients in British Columbia and making an impact around the world.
