Last year, I took on this ride for the very first time -- transforming from a guy who didn't even own a bike to a full-fledged MAMIL (middle-aged-man-in-lycra).

I've learned a lot since then, like how to put on stretchy shorts and the proper application of anti-chaffing cream.

But also, I learned just how incredible an event the Tour de Cure truly is. And it was a blast to participate on Team Way Hey Hey! with Selina Robinson and her family.

I'm back this year, hoping to fundraise even more money for the BC Cancer Foundation and cancer research. If you supported me last time: Thank you! And I hope you'll consider doing so again. Together we can raise millions every year for life-saving cancer research and care in this province.
