What to Expect

From an unforgettable starting line filled with music and emotion to energizing pit stops, and a connective camping experience to crossing that finish line in an all-hands celebration, this is your chance to be part of something that is truly beyond epic.

The cycling route showcases the natural beauty of B.C.'s Fraser Valley, with pit stops approximately every 25 km. Here, riders can take a break to enjoy the scenic view, fuel up with snacks or hydrate.

There are also bike technicians and medical support along the route, and LOTS of cheering to make you feel like the hero you are!

How to Participate

To participate in the Tour de Cure, each participant registers online and commits to raising a minimum of $2,500.

Riders can participate individually or as part of a community or corporate team. Being part of a team is an unforgettable bonding experience that provides a support system to help you train and fundraise. Forming a corporate team can broaden company visibility while strengthening workplace relationships and enhancing company morale.

If you’d like to participate in the Tour de Cure without riding, there are also wonderful opportunities for taking part in the event as a volunteer!

How to Prepare

Be Creative

Riders have created this movement and continue to evolve this event together. Team uniforms and rituals are part of the cultural canvas. Whether participating on a bike or volunteering on the sidelines, this is a place to bring your voice and your story. Everyone, regardless of skill level or background, is welcome. It’s what makes the Tour unique and special each year.

Embrace the Challenge

Raising $2,500 and riding 200 km is challenging, but it’s nothing to the challenge of facing cancer. It’s why we keep moving forward, pedaling harder. It’s why we support you every step of the way. Participant guides, fundraising and training resources, and more are all provided to ensure your success.

Connect

Tour de Cure is a truly epic weekend of community impact and connection. We share our cancer stories to honour loved ones and celebrate milestones. We create and take part in the rituals that remind us how we are all connected.

Now’s the perfect time to start your journey to impact.
